First section we had yoga. Surya Namaskar was taught. The asana involved in Surya Namaskar was also told. After that, we had Maya tr’s class. Natural Science students continued their presentation about “alcohol abuse”. And I took my presentation on ‘treatment and prevention of alcohol abuse’. The seminar on corruption was also started. After lunch, we had optional. Bijisha took her seminar about teaching Skills.
Then, we had Benedict sir’s class. Sir explained about teaching skills.
